Founded with the vision to build inclusive, sustainable, and global leadership across Asia and beyond, this milestone is a testament to the incredible journey we have shared with our community of leaders. Marking Key Milestones
This year, we also celebrate two other important milestones: the 10th anniversary of our Women in Leadership programs and the 5th anniversary of our annual Inclusive Leadership Forum. These initiatives reflect our unwavering commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in leadership.
- Women in Leadership Programs: Over the past decade, these programs have supported hundreds of women to accelerate their growth, amplify their voices, and thrive as leaders in their fields. From the recently launched Drive program for women starting to build their leadership potential, to our Accelerate program for emerging leaders, and the Arrive leadership journey for senior leaders making an impact in their organizations, we are proud to accompany female talent at every step of their journey.
- Inclusive Leadership Forum: As a cornerstone of our work, this not-for-profit annual event brings together thought leaders and practitioners to share insights and spark meaningful conversations. The Forum exemplifies our mission to drive progress in building inclusive workplaces.
