Catherine Bulut has worked in companies as a HR professional for over 20 years, working in Australia with large multinationals within the agricultural landscape spanning across Australia and New Zealand prior to moving to Singapore to take on regional HR Lead roles covering the Asia Pacific region.

Catherine has experience across many facets of the HR function including organizational change, succession and workforce planning, coaching of leaders and mentoring early in career talent. Catherine is a Co-lead in the Global DE&I Council for the Crop Science business at her current employer, Bayer, advocating programs and initiatives to improve the diversity, inclusiveness, and equity of the organization.
