Hugh Ong is the Asia Pacific head of Client Service, responsible for S&P Global Commodity Insights Client Service function. Hugh has over 17 years of Client Service experience in Energy Commodities information services. Based in Singapore, Hugh leads a diverse team of Client Service Managers across 12 different APAC cities, delivering best-in-class customer experience on clients subscribed platforms and services in the APAC region.

Before joining S&P Global, Hugh spent 7 years in the Internet Technology industry, held various client facing roles including presales, technology design and solution delivery for enterprise security and infrastructure solutions.
