Li May spent a significant part of her career at the NTUC and e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) in enabling employment and employability of jobseekers and workers. Prior to that, she was in the HR functions of Recruitment, and Training and Development.

As the Chief Executive Officer at Bizlink Centre, she seeks to further Bizlink Centre’s mission in reaching out to persons with disabilities and the vulnerable community in Singapore to support them in achieving integration into the workforce and society through training and employment. She takes interest in supporting adults with disabilities to gain skillsets that could present opportunities and relevant to the workforce and employment trends.
